• Consultation & Unlimited correspondence
• Visit wedding site before event
• Liaison with your suppliers before event, to ensure all is on track and running smoothly
• Creation of your Wedding Day Plan Schedule, pre-approved with you
• Smoothing over any last-minute changes (if required)
• Final meeting with you 2-3 weeks prior to your day to go over final details
• ‍Professional on the Wedding day management including meeting with all suppliers on the day for set up, coordinating & finalising details, overseeing personal touches to ensure everything is perfect with your desired layout
  
• Hosting On the Day: Assisting the couple, wedding party, all the guests
• Discreet handling of any hiccups that may arise
• Toast Mastering during wedding day of those announcements (and coordination of those events)
• Tidy up of wedding suite (if at same venue & using same room to get ready/staying overnight)
• Attendance on day for 10 hours (can be more if required)
