Our wedding coordination service has been designed for those who have meticulously planned their wedding but want a professional to manage the day itself, coordinating your suppliers, ensuring it goes smoothly so you can sit back and enjoy every minute of the day. It starts 4 weeks before your wedding until your first dance, providing you with up to 20 hours of support:-

· First planning meeting (alternatively have up to five calls with our Wedding Planner to brief us on your details and updates, and our guidance or advice to you)

. Second planning meeting (online) 10-14 days before your wedding day – this is your wedding handover meeting

. Preparation of briefing pack containing the schedule, timeline and logistics of your wedding day

. Liaison with your venue and team of suppliers to ensure all parties are briefed, being their point of contact on the day

. Wedding day management – 8-10 hours on the day attendance. This can include set up provision if required, behind the scenes supervision, taking care of anything unforeseen, and guest experience plus toast mastering duties if required

·  In addition to above, you have opportunity to add in other services at additional cost such as more hours of professional planning support, attendance of wedding assistant(s), celebrant ceremony, wedding dog chaperone, or event styling of our rental of furniture/decor for example
