Contract

A legal agreement setting out terms and conditions will be sent to clients’ signature. This explains obligations of all parties including timeframes and payment terms. Failure to sign and return these terms and conditions after booking and paying the booking fee securing our services, does not waiver the clients’ obligations under the t&cs.

Penalties

We provide a detailed plan at the start of agreement upon times to provide information to us.   Should the client not provide the necessary information to us at the agreed time, this may negatively impact on our services not being able to deliver the expected result, and therefore we will not be held responsible.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and may dd or remove special offers and promotions at any time.  All pricing information is reviewed and may be yearly updated.

Wedding Dog Chaperone Service

A health and emergencies agreement form will be required to be completed which runs alongside our contract.   We have undertaken pet first aid, but should an emergency arise, then we may have to make decisions regarding your dog’s health and welfare which may mean we have to contact advice of qualified veterinary surgeon – costs will be paid by the client.   Client agrees that should a pet attack occur resulting in injury, client will be responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result.

Payment Terms – Celebrant, Master of Ceremonies, Wedding Dog Chaperone Service

An invoice for the full payment is sent to you and payable 3 months prior to your wedding.

We can offer payment terms if required on bank monthly direct debit scheme basis, if this supports clients’ needs, there will be an initial payment, then equal payments up to 3 months prior to event.  However, if payment is not received on agreed terms then a charge of 10% is added due to administration fees.

Gift Vouchers are also available.

Payment Terms – Wedding Planner

We can offer payment terms if required on bank monthly direct debit scheme basis, if this supports clients’ needs, there will be an initial payment, then equal payments up to 3 months prior to event.  However, if payment is not received on agreed terms then a charge of 10% is added due to administration fees.

Cancellation Charges apply

Should client wish to cancel after the 14 days cooling off period, then the following applies: -

  • 6-12 months before ceremony/event – 50% of total fee
  • 3-6 months before ceremony/event – 75% of total fee
  • Less than 3 months before ceremony/event – 100% of total fee

This does not apply to wedding planner sourcing, as total cost will be required after providing the information to client(s).

Postponements

Should client wish to postpone their booking for whatever reason, then providing we are available on the new date, then we are happy to move our booking date and a further booking fee will not be required.  This must be done in writing to us.   If we are not available on client’s proposed new date, then the cancellation charges will apply, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

Wedding Planner - How do we calculate your fees?

We charge fees between 10 and 15% of the total wedding budget for full-service planning and design, with a minimum fee of £2,500.    For partial wedding planning the minimum fee is £1,500.   We will confirm a more accurate quote once we have had the complimentary initial consultation (made in person or via the virtual consultation).  Fees are calculated on various factors such as guest numbers, location, number of event days, venue.  Outdoor events tend to attract higher fee due to level of hours involved., if outdoors, whether you have.
