How Does Event Management Work?

Every event is unique, so we are flexible in our approach. It starts with a free initial discovery call or zoom to discuss your needs, we produce a scope and quotation for your consideration. If you wish to go ahead we send you our invoice and contract.Then once we have been booked as your expert Event Manager, we spend more time with you fully understanding and fine tuning the brief, then start to plan your private or corporate event, sourcing any suppliers or venues (we have a wealth of contacts of excellence) and keeping in contact with you. You can rely on us to oversee the occasion on the day, calmly and discreetly sorting any hiccups if they occur and ensuring everything goes to plan.
